โรงเรียนสุรวิวัฒน์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี ได้ดำเนินการบริหารความเสี่ยงตามคู่มือบริหารความเสี่ยงมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี ที่ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติ เรื่องการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสุรวิวัฒน์ฯ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้โรงเรียนมีความพร้อมในการป้องกันความเสี่ยงที่จะกลายเป็นปัญหาในอนาคต
Surawiwat School, Suranaree Universityof Technology has implemented risk management practices based on the University’sRisk Management Handbook which serves as a guideline for the school’s risk management procedures, aiming to ensure preparedness in preventing potential risks from becoming issues in the future.
โครงสร้างการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสุรวิวัฒน์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี
เพื่อช่วยให้การบริหารความเสี่ยงเป็นไปอย่างมีระบบ สามารถทําการควบคุมและตรวจสอบได้ดังนั้นการกําหนดกรอบการบริหารความเสี่ยงองค์กรตามมาตรฐานสากล ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การกําหนดนโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยที่ชัดเจนจากผู้บริหารองค์กร โครงสร้างการบริหารความเสี่ยง บทบาทหน้าที่ในการกํากับดูแล รวมถึงหลักเกณฑ์และแนวทางในการบริหารความเสี่ยงที่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกันทั่วทั้งองค์กรโดยมีกระบวนการและวิธีการในการบริหารความเสี่ยง ดังนี้

To ensure systematic and controllable risk management, it is essential to establish a risk management framework within the organization following international standards.This framework consists of clear policies on risk management set by organizational leaders, the structure of risk management, roles and responsibilities in supervision, as well as standardized criteria and guidelines for risk management throughout the organization.
